"A lot of money is spent finding a cure.

Let's support the treatment and the fighters

fighting today and tomorrow. THEY need us!"

- Krystine Ross, Co-founder

In 2013 our founders wife under went surgery and was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Southlake Cancer unit detected the cancer in its early stages therefore she is now cancer free. The gratitude felt by this recovery sparked the idea of this much-needed fundraiser. Ambrosio and dear friend Krystine decided to organize this event to give back to the Southlake Cancer Foundation and the community.

In 2016 Crossfit to Crossout Cancer hosted the first annual fund raising event, a daylong crossfit competition in support of Southlake Cancer Foundation. Now coming up to our third annual Crossfit to Crossout Cancer event we have raised over $64,000 towards Southlake Cancer Foundation, in hopes to reach our goal and raise a total of $100,000.

About two in five Canadians will develop cancer in their lifetime and one in four will die of this disease. We all have someone in our life that has been affected by cancer and many that have been unfortunately taken from us. Southlake Regional Health Center with the support of Southlake Cancer Foundation has seen over 3 million patients come through their doors for comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and recovery. With the help of our athletes, sponsors and supporters we are making a difference in these patients lives. Join us in making a difference too!

Who do you fight for? Who will you be crossfitting for?
